Optional Equipment:

• Flow switch or pressure switch for flow or pressure confirmation.
• S-K Systems™ uses name brand flow switches and pressure switches to confirm flow and pressure. These flow switches and pressure switches can be integrated with the panel to activate the back-up pump should the primary pump fail (lead/lag).
• Pump flex connectors and vibration isolators.
• S-K Systems™ can mount the pump and motor on vibration pads and connect the pumps to the piping via stainless steel flexible connectors to reduce pump-set noise and vibration.
• Diaphragm type back pressure valve for pressure control.
• S-K Systems™ can install a diaphragm type back pressure valve on the pump set to insure that the line pressure does not exceed the rating of components used downstream.
• Differential pressure switches for strainer alarming.
• S-K Systems™ can install a differential pressure gauge with switch around the suction strainer. This unit will monitor the condition of the strainer, and when combined with an alarm in the control panel, will notify the operator that the strainer needs to be switched to the clean basket and the dirty basket needs to be cleaned.
• Leak detection switches.
• S-K Systems™ can install a leak detection switch in the drip pan that comes with all S-K Systems™ pump sets. This unit can be wired in to an alarm on the control panel to notify the operator that there is oil accumulating in the drip pan.
• Control panels in NEMA 1, 12, 4 or 4X, single or three phase.
• S-K Systems™ can supply a control panel for the pump set. The standard panel includes; main disconnect, pump motor starters and overloads, H-O-A switches and pilot lights for each pump and terminal strip wiring in a NEMA 1 enclosure. We can supply a panel to meet any customer requirement and offer the panels in all standard NEMA configurations. Standard panels are offered with relays for best value but we can also supply PLC panels with Ethernet or other communication protocols to integrate the unit into the building network. All panels are available mounted on and wired to the skid for easy installation and start-up. All panels are 100% tested in the factory and include test certificate.
