S-K Systems Fuel Oil Pump and Heater Sets are engineered packaged
assemblies for combustion preparation of heavy industrial grade oils such
as No. 5 and No. 6 fuel oils, Bunker "C" oil and No. 4 fuel oil (where
heating is not required).
Standard Features:
- Fabricated tubular steel drip rim base.
- Reliable and maintenance free rotary pumps.
- Steam and/or electric heaters.
- Suction manifold with vacuum gauge, gate valves, thermometer and duplex basket strainer.
- Discharge manifold with pressure gauge, gate valves, and check valves, external relief valves for pumps and heaters, and thermometer.
- Factory performance and hydrostatic testing of each unit.
Optional Equipment:
- Diaphragm type pressure regulator with three valve by-pass.
- Duplex discharge basket strainer.
- Steam temperature regulating valve.
- ASME code construction heaters.
- Electric pre-heater.
- Manual or Magnetic starters.
- Pressure switch for automatic start of lag pump.
- Welded construction.
- Floor mounted condensate return unit.
