S-K Systems Fuel Oil Pump and Heater Sets are designed to exceed minimum requirements of the burner with adequate safety factor to provide for eventual mechanical wear and future demand increases. Minimum reserve pump capacity considered, over peak burner demand is 40%.

Serviceability:
S-K Systems Pump and Heater Sets requiring maintenance, such as packing glands, bearing and oil points and regulator adjusting nuts are located for easy access. Gate valves in suction and discharge of duplex sets not only permit continuous operation during inspection or repairs, but also permit either pump to supply to either heater while the remaining pump or heater is serviced.

Installation:
Complete skid mounted assembly makes it possible to install our package in a minimum of time as connections need only by made to oil and steam supply, burner bypass and relief connections.

* Model for Unit is designated by "EPH" followed by "S" or "D" for single or duplex, followed by Model prefix plus figure designating 1/10th pressure (i.e. 100 PSI oil discharge pressure would be "10", 250 PSI would be "25") followed by designation of type of each pump.
